1Acceptance of these terms
By requesting a quote, making a booking or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
2Our services & quotes
We provide cleaning services as described on this site. Quotes are based on the information you give us (service type, property size, condition). Final pricing may be adjusted if the property differs significantly from what was described, and we will confirm any change with you before starting.
3Bookings, access & cancellations
You agree to provide safe, timely access to the property, including parking, water and power where needed. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-access call-outs may incur a fee.
4100% bond back promise
For eligible end of lease and bond cleans, if your agent or landlord identifies cleaning issues from our checklist, we will return and re-clean those areas free of charge within 72 hours of the inspection. The guarantee covers the original scope, excludes pre-existing damage, and requires the report to be raised within 72 hours of the clean.
5Pricing & payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and shown on our pricing tables or in your written quote. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Some services such as tile and grout, upholstery, exhaust fans, restaurant and commercial cleaning are quoted individually.
6Liability
We carry public liability insurance and take great care in your property. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or the amount paid for it. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues outside the agreed scope.
7Privacy
Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.
8Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your booking. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
